You may ask us why we are an Out of Network Dental Provider, but ask yourself this, does your insurance company actually care about the dentistry you receive?
The answer is NO.
Here at Drs. Golovan & Golovan we are aware of our patients' concerns when it comes to being an "Out of Network" provider. We have carefully and thoughtfully considered becoming "In Network" providers and we have chosen to remain "Out of Network". There are a few reasons as to why we chose this.
First and foremost is the personal care and customized dentistry you have come to expect and receive from our office. "In network" providers must provide treatment dictated by the insurance companies.
The restorations created here at our office are custom color matched and are fabricated using precious metals and high quality porcelain. "In network" dentists are forced to use cheaper, poorer quality materials in their porcelain fused to metal crowns.
We invest in using local labs that have proven to be experts in their field. "In network" dentists must choose labs dictated by price. They may or may not be local, or even in the United States.
By remaining "Out of Network", we have been able to hire and retain exceptionally talented and educated staff. "In Network" providers typically have over-worked, under-paid, and rushed employees who find it difficult to provide quality care. Their offices have a high turnover rate not only among staff, but doctors as well.
We have found that patients who come to us from “In Network" dental providers have received short-term dentistry work. "In Network" can mean insurance dictates lower quality treatment. Here at Drs. Golovan & Golovan we will not dictate your care. We will make sure you receive the best service and options available to you.
"Out of Network" does not mean you cannot receive care at our office. We will submit to ALL insurance carriers. To find out what "Out of Network" means for you, you can call your insurance carrier and have them explain your "out of network" benefits to you. If you have any questions, please call our office. We would be happy to help you understand your benefits.
